Once a month for the last few months Linda Soetanto has been showing us at CRBC how to create some lovely Oriental meals.

Husband Robbie and daughter Hana have also helped in this and it has been great fun learning how to prepare and serve such things as Spring Rolls, Chicken Satay, Egg fried Rice and Chicken in Pandan Leaves.

We have been able to try some of the preparation of the food ourselves and when it is ready we all enjoy tucking in!
